A prominent Dental Practice Management & Consulting Firm is seeking sales professionals with B2B sales and/or Dental sales experience of greater than 2 years.

The company Dental Revenue Group Inc. is a complete Practice Management and Consulting firm providing consulting and Revenue Cycle services to Independent Dental Practitioners. DRG Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant in the greater Chicago Land area.

Utilizing a consultative sales approach, this highly motivated sales professional will develop this territory selling Practice Management Solutions & many additional value-added services to dental offices.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must have Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years sales experience plus documented sales success in a B2B or light medical sales environment

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, friendly and can handle daily phone, in-person, and client interaction
  • Organized, thorough, and can manage a large volume of emails, phone calls, and digital documents
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks — understanding what is urgent and what can be done tomorrow
  • A fast learner who has solid experience with all aspects of dental sales
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and switching gears quickly
  • Background or aptitude in the dental field
  • Being well versed on dental products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information.
  • Assists with dental product or service questions with customers and dentists within the territory.
  • Maintaining accurate records for prospects
  • Conducts customer focused activities and meetings, as required in the Account Manager’s assigned territory
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are highly preferred qualities
  • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
  • Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Must be able to work independently and a team player
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
